Low carbon consumption is one of the key paths to “dual carbon” objective, but individuals are not motivated to repeated low carbon consumption, which puts pressure on carbon reduction from stimulating consumption end. Properly stimulating low carbon consumption is not only beneficial for nation ‘s green low carbon strategy, but also meaningful for market competition. This paper uses stimulus-organism-response model to study the interaction of goal progress(to date vs. to go) and self-construal(interdependent vs. independent) on repeated low carbon consumption motivation through random questionnaire, and the mediation of perceived consumer effectiveness. Goal progress information and self-construal have an interaction on individual repeated low carbon consumption motivation. For individuals with interdependent self-construal, “to date” goal progress information has a greater effect on repeated low carbon consumption motivation, but for individuals with independent self-construal, there is no difference.Perceived consumer effectiveness plays a mediating role in the process. Interaction exists between goal progress information and self-construal and perceived consumer effectiveness. “To date” goal progress information has a greater effect on the perceived consumer effectiveness of individuals with interdependent self-construal, while both goal progress information has similar influence on the perceived consumer effectiveness of individuals with independent self-construal. This paper presents suggestions for companies in designing effective communication strategies and stimulating repeated low carbon consumption, and provides reference for China ‘s “dual carbon” objective.Companies can make clear and appropriate carbon reduction goal, show timely goal progress information, recognize different potential consumers and cast differentiated information.

IMPACTS OF INFORMATION FRAMEWORK ON GREEN CONSUMPTION BEHAVIORS UNDER SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT BASED ON MEDIATING EMPATHY
HE Lishi, SHAN Xiaoyu
Resources & Industries    2022, 24 (5): 124-134.   DOI: 10.13776/j.cnki.resourcesindustries.20221011.001

Protecting ecological environment is a key step in guaranteeing sustainable use of natural resources. Orientation of residents’green consumption behavior contributes to mitigating China's natural resources pressure, to reducing environmental pollution and boosting urban sustainable development. This paper, based on Stimuli-Organism-Response (SOR) model, uses empathy as mediating variable, and natural anthropomorphism as moderating variable to construct a conceptual model regarding impacts of information framework (loss framework vs. gain framework) on green consumption behaviors with two experiments applied to discuss its internal mechanism. Compared with gain framework, loss framework can improve individual intention on green consumption behaviors more. Empathy plays a mediating role between information framework and green consumption behavior intention, at a mediating value at 0.319. Under the loss framework, individual has a higher empathy degree. The mediating of empathy on green consumption behaviors in information framework can be positively moderated by natural anthropomorphism, the higher natural anthropomorphism, the stronger mediating of empathy, and the stronger influences of loss framework (vs. gain framework) on individual empathy and green consumption behavior intention. This study as a supplement to the green consumption behavior system presents theoretical and practical references for governments and enterprises to conduct green sales and for individual green consumption behaviors.

OVERALL REVIEWS OF THEORETICAL RESEARCH AND PRACTICAL PROGRESS OF RENEWABLE RESOURCES RECYCLING
HE Li, SHEN Lei, TAO Jiange, et al, 2019
Resources & Industries    2019, 21 (4): 60-67.   DOI: 10.13776/j.cnki.resourcesindustries.20190605.007

To improve theoretical research and practical summary of renewable resources recycling and to resolve environmental impacts of recycling resource dumping on surface so as to develop ecological economy and boost renewable resource industry, this paper reviews the theoretical research and practical progress from basic theory, reverse logistics of renewable resources and recycling practice. Scholars worldwide carry out theoretical research on economic evaluation, potentials, reverse logistics of mineral resources, and elaborates practices on China's policies and industrial evolution, and analyzes the revelation of America, Japan and Germany on renewable resources recycling, and presents approaches to China's developing renewable resources industry.
